Update...the raffle at the Peter Wright Memorial charity doubles raised a FANTASTIC £1030.67 for Marie Curie - in memory of a very special person, 'our Peter'. Thank you everyone who bought raffle tickets or made a donation. You are fantastic too !

Fantastic weekend of bowling in the Peter Wright Memorial charity doubles. Thanks everyone who entered, supported or helped. Glorious weather joined in too. Big congratulations to the winners Steve Andertonand Michael Opie. And commiserations to runners up John Cooper and Colin Crompton. Some awesome bowling from both pairs in the 21-16 final scoreline. Losing semi-finalists were Pete Welman and Gary Evans, and Craig Bill Ramelll and Michael Burns. See you all next year !
